Cloud Strife by Steven C.

01-06-2009: No, Steven from NC, USA didn’t just build half of Cloud; here’s the rest of him! ;o)

It’s not the only paper model he made, he also made Sane_Person’s Vincent, Billybob’s Futurama suicide booth, and he even paperfied two of his own original characters (Clo and Blade) using FF7 papercraft models as a basis, which you can see here alongside Cloud.

Although he describes himself as mainly a spriter and “sort-of author” (you can see some of his work in his DeviantArt gallery) he’s very proud of his “all time favorite papercraft!” – and I am proud of that. ;o)

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Cloud Strife by Jenny Pulsipher

05-04-2009: Jenny made “29 models or so”, including these two: my Cloud Strife model, and Kaizo’s Sephiroth model.

It’s obvious that Sephiroth is trying to ignore Cloud of course, because he knows he’s in for a beating when he crosses Cloud… ;o)

But perhaps he’s just intimidated by Jenny’s building skills on Cloud. ;o) It’s not a very difficult model overall I think, except perhaps for the hair which can be confusing, but Jenny did an excellent job on that as you can see here!

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Yuna (gunner dressphere) by Errant

30-11-2008: It took Errant about 9 hours to build this Yuna papercraft model out of cardstock.

Although he found some of the smaller parts on the hands and head difficult to make, he must have enjoyed building it, because he’s thinking on trying Rikku, Auron and the “Going Merry” as well!

I guess he’s gonna be busy for a while ;o) but I’m sure it will be lots of fun!

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Final Fantasy models & “Delta Flyer” by Pierre Janin

05-11-2008: Pierre Janin did it again! ;o) A new picture and build thread thread from Yuna this time!

30-08-2008: Here’s a new picture and build build thread from Pierre Janin’s latest build of one of my models: Auron, from Final Fantasy X!

14-07-2008: Not only did Pierre Janin from Switzerland do a great job building my “Delta Flyer”, he also documented his progress in a build thread over at Le Forum en Papier with good pictures showing step by step how he built them.

He did the same for Rikku (picture here). The forum itself is in French, but luckily the pictures are in English. ;o)

Besides being fun to watch, build threads can be quite useful if you’re building the same model and are having some trouble. If you want to see more of Pierre’s completed models, you can take a look at his own Darktrooper page.

Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!

Super Smash Bros. Melee Link & Auron by Matthew Stevens

06-06-2008: My Super Smash Bros. Melee Link model is a very challenging model with a lot of small parts, but Matthew Stevens from Northwest Washington did an awesome job building it: just look at the detail in the face!

It took him 3 months, because he only worked on it off and on. Auron took him about a month to build, but judging by the results, I think it was absolutely worth it, don’t you? ;o)

Indiana Jones by Guillermo Molina Mueses

09-12-2007:  Guillermo set a new record! ;o) Kim Possible, built in just 3 hours!

15-11-2007: I only uploaded my Indiana Jones model a couple of days ago, and already I received this picture from Guillermo, after he only started working on it yesterday!

03-11-2007: Guillermo proves again that he is a very fast builder: he built this papercraft Lara Croft in only 1 day!

02-11-2007: So there’s fast, and then there is fast

Guillermo Molina Mueses from the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean built this Rikku in only 5 hours, and Auron took him only half a day to build!

What’s more, he has only been building paper models since April 2007, and he has already built many models, as you can see on his own Bongo Papercraft blog.

Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!

Auron by Cotton Eyed Joe

08-10-2007: here’s the first “hall of fame” picture from my new Final Fantasy series! It’s the biggest model Cotton Eyed Joe made so far, and he was glad to find that it’s “not stupidly hard” to build.

Personally, I’m very pleased to hear that, because “not stupidly hard” is exactly what I was going for on my newest models. ;o)

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!
