Majora’s Mask & princess Zelda by Jalhalla

07-04-2010: This dangerous looking Majora’s Mask is actually a life-size version from my original smaller version.

It was built by Jalhalla, who also made young princess Zelda! If you want to see bigger pictures of these two paper models, or the other models he built, you can check out his DeviantArt gallery here.

Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!

Epona by Hunter Turner

18-03-2010: Hunter built another one of my Zelda models! Of course you already recognized Link’s trusty horse Epona (who apparantly really wants to play the Nintendo Wii… ;o)

27-01-2010: Hunter Turner proves once again that age doesn’t matter in papercraft, only patience and determination to finish what you started! ;o)

He’s only ten years old and already made my Kingdom Hearts version of Cloud Strife, in just three and a half days!

Hunter also built a very fierce looking Oni Link! He says it’s the flash from the camera that makes it look so intimidating, but maybe it’s just the mysterious powers in the mask…

Excellent work!

Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!

Advance Wars, Zelda, Kurt Zisa & Sharpedo models by Llamadragon

15-03-2010: Llamadragon told me he would probably build some more paper models of mine, and he sure did: 12 models in total now, as you can see in the picture above!

New are Sharpedo, the Green Earth Cruiser and Black Hole Tank and MD Tank from my Advance Wars series, Twilight Link (group picture) and the one I think he is the most proud of, Kingdom Hearts’ Kurt Zisa!

But I think he has every right to be proud of it: he tells me it took him about 28-32 hours in total, but he enjoyed building it, and I think that shows in his finished paper model because it looks really great!

07-01-2010: Llamadragon told me he had built several of my Zelda and Advance Wars paper models, and to prove it, he sent me a picture! ;o)

Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!

Zora armor Link by Andres Darquea

16-03-2010: Andres decided to build Super Smash Bros. Melee Link’s display stand to ehm… display ZaL on it. ;o) And I have to say, I think it actually looks pretty good! picture 1 | picture 2

14-03-2010: Andres Darquea from Ecuador is a medical student, and he tells me he enjoys papercraft because it is relaxing, but also because it trains his motor skills (which are very important if he wants to become a surgeon some day! ;o)

But I think his motor skills are okay, because his ZaL looks very good! Andres used a laser printer to print the parts, making the colours extra shiny.

Thank you for building this Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Zelda models by Rutger

04-03-2010: In the picture above, you can see the papercraft Zelda models built by 15 year old Rutger from the Netherlands so far.

After building Zora armor Link, Rutger now also built Twilight Link and because he didn’t glue their swords to their hands, he can swap them if he wants to!

Now Rutger has not one but two guards to watch over the other papercraft models he built: picture 1 | picture 2 ! ;o)

23-02-2010: This papercraft Zora armor Link was built by 15 year old Rutger from the Netherlands!

You might be thinking Link is pretty defenseless like this, but Rutger saw to that too, building not one, but two sets of weapons: picture

And if he’s ever in a really tight spot, Link can always let loose the hounds of war on his enemies! (well, the paper Clocktown Schnauzer that Rutger also built anyway… ;o)

Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!

Link & Epona by London Reinhard

31-01-2010: London Reinhard built this Link and Epona, and I think it looks mighty fine! But don’t take my word for it, here’s a picture of the other side, so you can judge by yourself. ;o)

Although not the first, it was London’s most time consuming papercraft model to date, taking at least 12 hours to build. But if you ask me, it was time well spent!

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Zora armor Link by Jon and Hayley the papercraft couple

02-04-2010: Jon and Hayley have really been busy with their papercraft hobby, and now they even made their own Papercraft Couple weblog where you can see even more pictures and videos of all the paper models they built!

29-01-2010: Look at what I received in my mail today! It’s a very clean build of Zora armor Link, done by Hayley.

She and her boyfriend Jon love papercraft (and eachother ;o) so much that they decided to make a Deviantart account about their joined hobby, fittingly called “the papercraft couple“. ;o)

Hop over there and you’ll see they made many more paper models already, but what did you expect? There’s two of them! ;o)

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Super Smash Bros. Melee Link by Werety

28-01-2010: You guys never fail to amaze me! I consider SSB:M Link one of the most challenging models on my website, but Werety built this one when he was only eleven!

And he did a very good job too! There are a lot of very small parts, so it must have taken Werety a lot of work and patience to get an end result as great as this!

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Clocktown Schnauzer by Zach Mears

17-10-2009: With a brother like Aaron Mears, it’s not hard to imagine how Zach also got hooked on papercraft! ;o)

This time, he’s sending in his own build: no, that’s not some random dog that walked in front of the camera when Zach was trying to take a picture of the car; that’s Zach’s Clocktown Schnauzer!

Although the picture is a bit blurry, you can still see he did a pretty good job! And from the sounds of it, Zach is only just getting started… ;o)

19-12-2009: in a stroke of what I can only describe as madness, Zach attempted to build the evil Red Hollow Cylinder model… (picture)

I can only hope that The Cylinder will have some mercy on him now that it’s almost Christmas…

Thank you for downloading and building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Hero of Twilight by Truffles

15-12-2009: Only a few days after I finally finished it, Nathan “Truffles” Richards already sends me a picture of his completed Hero Clothes Link from Twilight Princess.

Nathan has been papercrafting for about a year now, but he says this is his best one yet – and I must say that it does look outstanding!

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Zora armor Link v2 by Toni Müller

12-12-2009: I intentionally made Zora armor Link and Hero outfit Link the same scale, so people could “mix and match” the sword and shield.

And that’s exactly what Toni did!

But he didn’t stop there; he also cut a hole in the face of Zora armor Link and replaced part of the face with that of Hero outfit Link, so that the black mask isn’t covering his mouth anymore!

And if you look carefully, you can also see that Toni added a little extra detail by cutting out little triangles from the top and bottom of the armor, to make it look even more “scale-like” like it does in the game.

With the edge colouring and these extra details, I think Toni can be really proud of the way his paper model turned out!

He also made a small slide show this time, so be sure to check it out on his YouTube channel!

06-11-2009: Here’s a new picture from Toni Müller! This time it’s young Link from Majora’s Mask!

22-07-2009: Toni Müller built this Zora armor Link in about 15 hours and although he said there were some parts that confused him a bit, I would never had guessed if he hadn’t told me, because that build already looked great as well!

Though being pulled from his comfy virtual world into the real world may sound exciting for an adventurer like Link, but it does require some adjusting…

Here, Toni tried to explain Link that rupees are no good in the real world and that you need coins!

Link looked a bit baffled, and although I don’t know the current exchange rate between rupees and Euros, it’s enough to make ZaL’s head explode! (amongst other things…)

Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!

Midna by GoGirl786

20-11-2009: GoGirl786 sent me this picture of the Midna she built back in February already, when she just started papercrafting. I think it looks pretty good, what you? ;o)

GoGirl786 has a YouTube channel with several… crazy vids (I really don’t know how else to describe them… ;o) so be sure to check them out!

Link & Epona by Adam Kozlowski

28-09-2009: Looking ready to ride right onto your desk from the computer screen are Link and Epona, built by Adam Kozlowski!

They’re on a shelf in Adam’s bedroom now, after he built them during the summer. He used 160 gsm paper and I don’t know if they were the first papercraft models he made, but I think they look really good: picture 2 | picture 3

Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!

Zora armor Link by Andrew

23-08-2009: The picture of Zora armor Link that you can see above was sent to me by Andrew.

He’s a really big Zelda fan, as this picture proves: besides ZaL, he also built Ganondorf (that was the first one he made) young Link, Oni Link, the Clock Town Schnauzer and Epona.

He’s getting the hang of it more and more, so it’s nice to hear he’s having so much fun building them!

Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!

Wolf Link by Symon

12-07-2009: Symon shows off his incredible papercraft talent again! This time he built Midna to keep wolf Link company (picture) and although he did have some trouble glueing on the head, he did an amazing job building the King of Red Lions! (picture) It looks like a very clean build, as well as Josh’s Great Sea base!

15-05-2009: It’s actually been a while since anyone sent me a picture of their wolf Link, but here’s a new one then, done by Symon from Switzerland!

It’s the version *with* lines, but as many people already found out, the textures are pretty dark so you can hardly see the dotted lines. ;o)

The teeth and the earring are probably some of the smallest and most difficults parts I ever made on one of my models, but Symon did an amazing job I think! (even though it was a bit difficult; the folds on that earring *really* are tiny! ;o)

Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!

Fierce Deity Link by Stacy

08-07-2009: Although Fierce Deity Link was one of the first models she downloaded, Stacy got so distracted with all kinds of other models that she only recently finished it!

In the end, it took her about a day to build. You can see one of Stacy’s other models in this picture, namely one of Kaizo’s Sephiroths. I had no idea it was so huge! But I don’t think Link is much impressed by its size… ;o)

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Zelda models by Eileena

04-07-2009: Eileena sends me this wonderful group shot of several of my Zelda models!

Of course you recognize young Link and princess Zelda, and adult Link and Epona, posing nicely for the picture.

I wonder what’s got the little Clock Town Schnauzer so interested though; maybe there’s some fish hidden in that Twilight Princess pot over there? ;o)

Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!

Link & Epona by Trarsheise

15-06-2009: Link looks very intimidating from this angle! Trarsheise from Spain was actually looking for some information about the anime One Piece, and when he found the papercraft “Going Merry”  boat on my site, he also discovered my Zelda section!

Being a big Ocarina of Time fan, he decided to build my Link & Epona models: picture

It was his first papercraft model, and I think he did a fantastic job! Of course everyone has the right to their own opinion, but jumping off a cliff on horseback is a bit exaggerated…! ;o)

Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!

Oni Link by vert092

07-06-2009: This time, I received a whole lot of pictures from vert092, and a lot of them weren’t even from one of my models! ;o)

You recognize my Oni Link of course, but vert092 also built Icthus7’s Sheik model and he tells me it’s about the same scale as my Oni Link. And here is a picture of Sheik admiring Oni Link’s double helix sword! ;o)

Two other models vert092 built are Ike (made by RedYoshi over here) and Lyn (made by Haywan Chiu from PaperCraft Museum) from Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Wolf Link and Midna by TABKAP

26-05-2009: These wolf Link and Midna models were built by TABKAP.

Midna only took him about 2 days, but wolf Link took him over 3 weeks. Not only because that one just is much more difficult, but also because he didn’t have as much time as he did with Midna because school already started again…

Don’t you just hate it when everyday life gets in the way of the stuff you really want to do…? ;o)

Clock Town Schnauzer by Jeroen

18-05-2009: Whew, I’m getting *a lot* of pictures from people for my hall of fame recently! (that’s not a complaint, by the way! ;o)

Jeroen from Rosmalen in the Netherlands is a big Zelda fan that has only just discovered papercraft, and he only built two simple models yet: one of them being my Clock Town Schnauzer!

The other one is “Nook’s Cranny”, the small shop from Animal Crossing (you can get it and several other Animal Crossing models from Nintendo Papercraft).

Both of them look great, and I hope he’ll have lots of fun building more paper models! ;o)

SSB:M Link by Abscissa

10-05-2009: I came across her Majora’s Mask, princess Zelda, and young Link on DeviantArt, but Abscissa now sent me a picture of the SSB:M Link she built as well!

SSB:M Link is definately one of my more difficult models, but I think she did a great job! She used regular paper, a pair of scissors, toothpicks and regular glue for her earlier models, but decided to try out cardstock and an X-Acto knife for this one.

Besides papercraft, Abscissa also loves origami and drawing. In her own words: “if I have paper, I’ll never be bored!” ;o)

Be sure to check out her DeviantArt gallery!

Thank you for building these Ninjatoes’ papercraft models!

Majora’s Mask by Nick Parsons

03-05-2009: This Majora’s Mask is the first papercraft model that Nick ever built!

He had to use a glue that was “less sticky and firm” than what he would like to have used, but it is still a very good build I think!

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Clock Town Schnauzer by AvangerBTK

25-04-2009: When AvangerBTK found my paper models, he sent me a message saying he would send me a picture of the first one he would make.

And here it is! It’s the Clock Town Schnauzer from the Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask!

It took him about 2 hours to make, with regular printer paper. It turned out great I think, the picture almost makes me want to give it a dog biscuit… ;o)

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

King of Red Lions by Josh Darrah

24-04-2009: Josh finally finished preparing his scratch built sea base for release, and here it is: King of Red Lions sea base (2,20 MB ZIP file)

22-11-2007: My King of Red Lions is a challenging model to build but Josh Darrah not only did an excellent job, he took it even further!

He reinforced the mast with a chopstick and a rolled up cardstock sheet acts as a sleeve so he can take the mast off when he needs to, made his own ocean base for King to rest on, and he Photoshopped Chokipeta’s WW Link from the Japanese magazine Dengeki Cube a couple years back to how he wanted it: picture 2 | picture 3 | picture 4 | picture 5

He’s proud of the results, and I say: he should be. ;o)
