Cloud Strife by s0ur

06-09-2009: s0ur had mostly been building Cubeecrafts when he found my website, and he just *had* to build Kingdom Hearts Cloud! ;o)

Cloud is a bit more complex than a Cubeecraft of course, and s0ur tells me he had a hard time figuring out how to glue together the hair, but you wouldn’t say so from the pictures I think, because it looks really well done!

But maybe you can tell “the other secret”? ;o)

The bottom half of this model was built using a glue stick, but s0ur switched to Elmer’s Regular White Glue for the other half, because it just works much easier. ;o)

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Cloud Strife by Matthew Lowe

09-08-2009: Matthew Lowe made a few smaller papercraft models first before attempting my Cloud Strife model, and I guess all that practice payed off because Cloud looks wonderful!

If you’re thinking “he looks a bit bigger than usual?” then you could be right, because Matthew printed him on A3 paper instead of A4; now Cloud’s Buster sword is really huge…! ;o)

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Cloud Strife by Steven C.

01-06-2009: No, Steven from NC, USA didn’t just build half of Cloud; here’s the rest of him! ;o)

It’s not the only paper model he made, he also made Sane_Person’s Vincent, Billybob’s Futurama suicide booth, and he even paperfied two of his own original characters (Clo and Blade) using FF7 papercraft models as a basis, which you can see here alongside Cloud.

Although he describes himself as mainly a spriter and “sort-of author” (you can see some of his work in his DeviantArt gallery) he’s very proud of his “all time favorite papercraft!” – and I am proud of that. ;o)

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Cloud Strife by Jenny Pulsipher

05-04-2009: Jenny made “29 models or so”, including these two: my Cloud Strife model, and Kaizo’s Sephiroth model.

It’s obvious that Sephiroth is trying to ignore Cloud of course, because he knows he’s in for a beating when he crosses Cloud… ;o)

But perhaps he’s just intimidated by Jenny’s building skills on Cloud. ;o) It’s not a very difficult model overall I think, except perhaps for the hair which can be confusing, but Jenny did an excellent job on that as you can see here!

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!

Kurt Zisa by Fezco

14-03-2009: The first Kurt Zisa for the hall of fame! And a great build it is!

And to think that Fezco only started papercrafting 2 months ago! It took him 5 hours a day for 10 days he says to build it (half of the build time was for the six arms… ;o)

Fezco double sized the model, and although the balance is fine, the extra weight has Kurt “doing the splits”, so he glued a strip of paper between the feet to prevent that.

Nonetheless, I think he did a great job, and he has some more pictures in his Imageshack account to prove it, starting here!

Thank you for building a Ninjatoes’ papercraft model!
