   1. When I checked just now, all three links (the parts, the instructions and the photos) seemed to work, so maybe it was a temporary problem? Try clearing your internet browser’s temporary internet files and cache before trying again if you keep having problems. The parts come in a ZIP file, so clicking that link should open a prompt asking you where to save the file. Clicking the instructions link should open a PDF file and the photos link should open a new webpage. Alternatively, you can also try right-clicking the links for the parts and the instructions, then choosing the option to save the files to your computer from the context menu that pops up first, and then opening the files from your computer instead of from this webpage (don’t try that with the photos though, because as I said, that just links to another webpage ;o)
