January 4th 2025 I had a big stroke…
I lived, but have to go through a long recovery
to see what I can still do in the future…

Hopefully it will be a lot…! 👍 Always keep having fun papercrafting!

Which papercraft model would you like to build?

What’s papercraft?” you ask?

Well, that’s when (in this case ;o)  you download and print a page of 2D parts (preferably on some thicker paper) cut them out and fold them, and then glue them together to make your very own 3D paper model of your favourite game/anime/movie character/whatever you like!

There are a lot of websites where you can find free templates to download and build, including my own one of course which you’re visiting right now. ;o)

Currently, I have two-hundred-and-thirty-seven (237!) free papercraft models in stock for you! :o) Select one of the Download categories above or in the Site map to the right to find the model you wish to download (if it’s not in one of the obvious categories, try the miscellaneous section).

If you want to contact me, or send me a picture of your finished paper model for the hall of fame, you can send me an e-mail at ninjatoes@home.nl and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Have fun building!

  1. im just starting out at this papercraft stuff and searched the internet for the best site and this is it,this place kicks the crap of most if not all the other places as a noob im aw struck at what can be done with paper and dedecation.is their any possobility for any naruto in the future?

    1. In my links section here (https://ninjatoes.wordpress.com/links/#misc) I put links to general sites about the subjects from my paper models, and you can see that I already anticipated a Naruto one… ;o)

I was thinking about making a Naruto a long time ago already, but I never really started on him yet, but I will do so in the future.

But if you can’t wait that long, there’s already one made by Bongo, you can still download it here: http://www.papercraftmuseum.com/naruto/

Haywan warns that it requires some tweaking, so if you build it, be on the lookout for trouble spots!

      Have fun building!

      1. the reason i requested the naruto is cuz you use direct links,i only have internet acces thru my PSP and for some resone file sharing sites dont work for me(expt. rapidshare)

        1. Hm, that’s unfortunate… Normally I would tell you to ask the designer if he could e-mail the files to you directly, but Bongo doesn’t update his weblog anymore…

You can probably find an alternate (RapidShare) download link if you search a bit, though. Right now, I’m busy trying to finish Zora armor Link, so I can’t make one until later, sorry…

  2. Any chance we’ll be seeing some more kingdom hearts papercraft soon? Sora would be really cool, but so would Donald/Goofy/Micky. There aren’t really any good models for these (except Icthus’s private Sora) and I’d really like to build them.

    1. More characters/enemies from KH are definately on my to do-list! Definately Sora and friends, and the “cross-over characters” from other games/movies as well.

It might take me a while, but I definately want to make them! ;o)

  3. Hello! i am a fan of your site! (the zelda section anyway) im making ganon at the moment, great fun.
i thought that a good papercraft would be saria. she is one of my favourite characters, i would ask someone else, or attempt it myself, but i know your site has the best quality models!

    1. Haha, thanks for the compliment! ;o) Many more N64 Zelda models are on my to do list, but I have to finish Zora armor Link first (for real, this time… ;o)

      1. XD
well just so you know, i know how to extract the models from twilight princess wii ver, so if you ever need the master sword,
or anything else, you can always ask me.

        1. Thanks, but I usually like to extract the models I start with myself, so I can get them exactly the way I want. I have many ideas for new models, when I get to a point where I need to extract a model from a Wii game, I might ask you for some help. ;o)

          1. okay, great! well, i promise to send you a picture of my finished ganon. its going great at the moment.

  4. I’ve decided because Ninjatoes already short on time as things are, and there seems to be lots of demand for a Goht model, I’ll be making one (and hopefully posting it somewhere). So far I’ve unfolded him, and now have to test build him.

    1. You should always just make what you want to make, don’t let the possibility that somebody else already made it or might make it in the future, hold you back…! ;o)

  5. Your new site is oficially AWESOME. haha. I love the cloud Papercraft, I’m gonna try to make it soon! :) :D XD

  6. new challenge, im trying to build papercraft museums capt. falcon(just the bust right now). its on pepakura and when i print it page 1-4 or any pages my printer will just shoot out the pages with nothing on them:( and theres no error message or anything, i just got a new ink cartredge and it works….what do i do?

    1. Does it work on other PDO files? Or only on other file formats? If it works on other PDO files, just not the ones from Haywan, I suggest trying to ask him what he did with the files?!?! ;o)

Or maybe write to the people who made the Pepakura software: http://www.tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/user/support_form.php

Maybe they’re familiar with your problem (I heard more stories of people having problems printing from Pepakura, but I’m not sure if it’s the same problem of course…) and they can offer a solution?

I hope you’ll be able to fix your problem soon, but I think Haywan included PDF versions, so for now you could use those of course, until the problem is fixed.

So I can still say have fun building, right? ;o)

  7. in a papercraft museum video Haywan Chiu said tat pdf pages dont look as good as pepakura pages when printing parts. I realized that when building your Kurt Zisa model the parts looked a bit darker then your pictures were in the instructions. Maybe you should give us the pdo for printing?

    1. Hm, I’m not sure if I understand correctly? Do you mean the parts/pictures in my instructions on your computer screen don’t look the same color as on the paper when you print them?

Because that has nothing to do with the file format, that’s just the difference between your computer screen and inkdrops on a sheet of paper. It will always look darker when printed than it does on a lit computer screen. ;o)

I can’t really see any noticable difference when I print from PDF or from PDO format… But if you feel the colors aren’t right, you should be able to adjust it a bit within your printer settings.

I don’t release my models in PDO form mainly because of the way I do the fixes that need to be done after the test build. I usually end up with several PDO files that all have some good parts and parts that needed to be fixed, and a couple more that contain the fixes. It’s chaos, and I rather enjoy creating order in Photoshop, playing around a bit with the layout, fixing the last things that I couldn’t do on the 3D model or in Pepakura etc.

Only after I finished the parts in Photoshop, it is the way I think it should be built. The PDF version is also the one I use for my own final builds, as sort of a final test to see if I did all the fixes in the 3d model, Pepakura, and Photoshop right. (Sometimes I don’t, and I have to fix it a second time, yeah……. ;o)

But like I said, you needn’t be afraid that you’re missing out on a better print quality or something like that (are you sure your ink cartridges aren’t almost empty? Stupid question perhaps, but you never know ;o)

  8. hey ninja i got a few things to say, 1.u should put pages on your comments cuz its getting hard to scroll down so far 2.my printers are being really dumb and printing off the images with alot more blue that there should be.(kinda 3) the printer might not even print off an image from pepakura and yes it will print other things.

    1. sorry :/

btw, it is ok, if some of my posts will be deleted (some of them are kinda useless ^^ )

      this comment included

    2. 1. That would be very useful, but for some reason when I try it, and you click the “newer/older comments” link, it 404’s… I’ll look into it. ;o)

      2. Maybe you need to calibrate the printer again? On most printers there’s an option to calibrate them, a test image will print and you have to say if it comes out okay. Sometimes you need to choose from several options, which one turned out best and the printer will remember those settings.

Or maybe it’s just that the other colours are almost empty, but there’s still lots of blue? But I’m afraid it’s impossible for me to tell what the problem might be, it could be so many things…

Pepakura should print fine if the printer prints fine from other applications. If you get an error message, write it down and google it, to see if anybody else might have had the same problem. Maybe uninstalling and re-installing your printer (drivers) might fix your problems?

        1. So the tech support from WordPress got back to me and unfortunately, they told me “comment paging” doesn’t work properly(yet) on static frontpages.

As you might have guessed, mine is a static frontpage… ;o)

  9. *bling*

aaaaaah, i think i get it XD
i made polygon zylinder now, instead of nurbs bla zylinder.
pepakura is telling me, that it it deleted some files for data normalization, but i think, everything is allright now. i can unfold it and all that

*whohooo* finaly i can begin to concentrate on the design, instead of this stupd file names ^^

thx again. you are one of my top 10 most helpfull and friendly internet personalyties :)

  10. hm… that was with the pepakura .2 version
the pepakura 3b version just crash down when i try to open the obj file ^^
*jeesh* and i already was so happy and thought, that everything will work nice

i have to find some good files, wich i can open from maya in blender. or just forget maya oO
