Which papercraft model would you like to build?

What’s papercraft?” you ask?

Well, that’s when (in this case ;o)  you download and print a page of 2D parts (preferably on some thicker paper) cut them out and fold them, and then glue them together to make your very own 3D paper model of your favourite game/anime/movie character/whatever you like!

There are a lot of websites where you can find free templates to download and build, including my own one of course which you’re visiting right now. ;o)

Currently, I have two-hundred-and-thirty-three (233!) free papercraft models in stock for you! :o) Select one of the Download categories above or in the Site map to the right to find the model you wish to download (if it’s not in one of the obvious categories, try the miscellaneous section).

If you want to contact me, or send me a picture of your finished paper model for the hall of fame, you can send me an e-mail at ninjatoes@home.nl and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Have fun building!

    1. Really any LEGO minifig is a default minifig of course, apart from their decoration on their torso! ;o) The default head is the “standard grin” like the one on my Forest Men, one of my astronauts or Imperial Soldiers from the old LEGO Pirates theme that you could use.

If you want to make a minifig in a particular color, there’s the Ghost minifig which might be easiest to recolor because all the parts are white? You can use a program like Photoshop or Gimp (which is free) that can open PDF file so you can recolor them. You can remove or change the torso decorations that way to to make a blank version of a color that I did already make.

If you mean whether I made any other headdresses (hair or hats) other than the ones you can already see in the LEGO category on my website here than I’m sorry, but no: all the papercraft LEGO minifig parts that I made so far are right there and I’m afraid I can’t promise when I make any new ones or which ones it will be.

Sorry again, but I hope I gave you kinda of an answer to your question…? It may take a bit of time to recolor a tamplate yourself but other people have done it the same way so it’s perfectly doable, and as a bonus, you can be as creative as you want and come up with any color and designs you can imagine!

    1. I only have the papercrafts that you can find on my website here, and as you can see I don’t have a computer keyboard; I do have another weblog where I share lots of free papercrafts from other and people (https://ninjatoes.blogspot.com/) but I’m afraid I don’t remember seeing a free papercraft 3D keyboard from another website either, sorry… :o(

      1. That’s on . Thanks anyway. That seems to be the only thing I can’t find anywhere. I’m trying a template of a 3d candy bar that kinda looks like keyboard keys

    1. Even though it’s been a long time since I made Mario, Luigi is definitely a papercraft I want to make! I don’t have as much time as when I made Mario and I keep having lots of other ideas, so it could still be a long time before I finally get around to it, sorry… :o(

  1. Hello ninjatoes, since you’re on the subject of making shooter characters, I was wondering if you could make one of James Bond from Goldeneye.

    1. I have at least two 3D shooter characters that I am definitely gonna make, and James Bond from Nintendo 64’s GoldenEye is one of them! I want to make some other papercrafts too in the mean time, but I’m want to get 007 done this year! :o)

        1. I will still make 007, but I got rally busy with other things the last few weeks, so I will probably end p pushing him to next year… He IS on my to do-list though!

  2. mmmm ninjatoes tienes por ejemplo una version mas pequeña de las papercrafts de las minifiguras de lego
    ?

    1. The versions on https://ninjatoes.wordpress.com/category/lego/ are the only versions that I made, I printed them myself on A4 size paper and with the printer margins on my printer they got scaled down a little bit to 97%. From the bottom of their feet to the top stud of their heads (so without any hats) they turn out about 24,5 cm for me that way.

But of course you can simply print them at a smaller scale if you want to! ;op Keep in mind that some parts will be more difficult to build if you make them a lot smaller though…! You should be able to set the scale manually in your printer settings when printing, but you can also open the PDF files in a program like Gimp (https://www.gimp.org/) to scale the pages smaller and save them just like a regular image file before printing.

      I hope this helps!

  3. dude holy shit your papercrafts are amazing and more good than the ones that are simple and suck but dude this is the page for papercrafts and yeah there are other ones like paper duplicator but this is a masterpice

    1. I’m happy you like my papercraft works, I really enjoy making them! I like the ones from Paper Duplicator too: they have a very clean and cartoonish videogame-like style that I think makes them look amazing. :o)
Thank you for your enthustiastic comment and have fun building!

        1. Well to be honest, I just make papercrafts that I want to make myself, so I can keep it just as a fun hobby for myself.

(true, if I didn’t want to share them I wouldn’t have to do extra work like putting everything together on nice sheets and making instructions, but I just take all the time I want so I end up enjoying that too :o)

  4. I think that is fun to do advace wars papercrafts, because some of them can move parts of tanks or other i love this kind of papercrafts

    1. I’m glad you like them! I tried to make them like they look in the battle animations in the games, and I had a lot of fun trying to make the turrets and gun barrels move like they do on the units there! :o)

  5. im building the melee link model right now, its been tough as heck lol. the fingers and hands especially since theyre so tiny

    1. I’m always impressed when somebody builds Melee Link, I think he’s probably one of the hardest papercrafts on my site too! And you already made a lot of difficult parts if you’re at the fingers! I found it difficult myself too, I did it by rolling the parts around a small toothpick to “pre-shape” them into small cylinders before gluing them together, otherwise the tiny parts wouldn’t keep their shape while the glue dried without having me to hold them… :o)

I hope you’ll end up with a cool selfmade Melee Link! :o)

    1. I still enjoy it immensely! :o)) I have less time now, but from time to time I manage to create new ones! I hope you’re doing good too and of course: have fun!

      1. thanks for the url it pass so much time that i leave that comment xddddddd and its cool the papercraft
