January 4th 2025 I had a big stroke…
I lived, but have to go through a long recovery
to see what I can still do in the future…

Hopefully it will be a lot…! 👍 Always keep having fun papercrafting!

Which papercraft model would you like to build?

What’s papercraft?” you ask?

Well, that’s when (in this case ;o)  you download and print a page of 2D parts (preferably on some thicker paper) cut them out and fold them, and then glue them together to make your very own 3D paper model of your favourite game/anime/movie character/whatever you like!

There are a lot of websites where you can find free templates to download and build, including my own one of course which you’re visiting right now. ;o)

Currently, I have two-hundred-and-thirty-seven (237!) free papercraft models in stock for you! :o) Select one of the Download categories above or in the Site map to the right to find the model you wish to download (if it’s not in one of the obvious categories, try the miscellaneous section).

If you want to contact me, or send me a picture of your finished paper model for the hall of fame, you can send me an e-mail at ninjatoes@home.nl and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Have fun building!

    thanks

  2. but…if you make kh models, you will create a kingdom hearts category? or you will put them on final fantasy category?

    1. Yes, so don’t worry: you’re not going crazy. ;o)

I don’t think I’ll ever run out of ideas for a new project, and Sheik is definately on my to do-list, but I think my next one will be from Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts and maybe one or two simpler ones on the side, if time allows.

  3. what happend to that really cool picture of the “ninja’s toe’s” infront of the cuting mat, remember to put that in.(or its in and im just insane)
great models keep up the great work!

    1. Haha, well, it’s just WordPress’ standard template. ;o) But it does look really nice, so I think I’ll keep it. I decided to use a blog system because it’s easier (faster) for me to update my site whenever I need to this way.

Glad you like it, have fun!

      greetz ninjatoes

      1. Thanks, as the first of my models with a more “curvacious” look instead of a more polygonal one, I think she turned out really nice.

        Have fun building!

    1. A lot of people ask me that, but I think it’s impossible to say “to make a good papercraft model, you need to do this, then that, and then that.”

Because I really believe there’s really no one way to make a good papercraft model. Something that works well on one model, can ruin another one.

I think the most important thing is to just have fun and try it! Build a lot of papercraft models, so you can learn from their “mistakes” (things you think could have been done better) and when you start making your own, you can learn from your own mistakes as well. ;o)

I started by making my papercraft models by hand, drawing the parts with a pencil, coloring them and scanning them to my computer and I still do sometimes, but most people use a software program called “Pepakura Designer” to unfold a 3D model into a 2D template nowadays.

The real work still has to be done by you (planning how you want to unfold the model and modeling it accordingly) but it does make life easier for papercrafters. ;o)

      Have fun!
