January 4th 2025 I had a big stroke…
I lived, but have to go through a long recovery
to see what I can still do in the future…

Hopefully it will be a lot…! 👍 Always keep having fun papercrafting!

Which papercraft model would you like to build?

What’s papercraft?” you ask?

Well, that’s when (in this case ;o)  you download and print a page of 2D parts (preferably on some thicker paper) cut them out and fold them, and then glue them together to make your very own 3D paper model of your favourite game/anime/movie character/whatever you like!

There are a lot of websites where you can find free templates to download and build, including my own one of course which you’re visiting right now. ;o)

Currently, I have two-hundred-and-thirty-seven (237!) free papercraft models in stock for you! :o) Select one of the Download categories above or in the Site map to the right to find the model you wish to download (if it’s not in one of the obvious categories, try the miscellaneous section).

If you want to contact me, or send me a picture of your finished paper model for the hall of fame, you can send me an e-mail at ninjatoes@home.nl and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Have fun building!

  1. You know what would be an *** kicka? :D

    Lucario!!! :D

    I’ve seen some, but a Lucario-Ninjatoes-Original-Style would be like !,,!, :D

    1. Although I do want to make some more papercraft Pokémon models in the future, I don’t know which ones I’ll do yet, and it might be quite a while before I get around to it…

So in the meantime, maybe you will find another one you like, like the one Nick mentioned? In any case, have fun building!

    1. If you want to stay up to date with all my papercraft updates (including new releases of course), you can also subscribe to the newsfeed from my weblog here: link

  2. I was wounder since you are planning to make more pokemon can you make like charizard papercraft cuz charizard was like my fav pokemon and that there are like no carizard papercraft out there that look half decent

      1. Yeah, although I definately don’t plan on making all 490+ Pokémon, I would like to make some more of them in the future.

And although I don’t know which ones yet, a dragonlike Pokémon like Charizard would be fun too make, so it’s certainly a nice idea! (although I can’t promise you anything! ;o)

  3. Are you planning on making a kingdom hearts roxas papercraft? cause im a huge roxas fan and would love to have one : D

      1. hey! good job being the first to do a sora papercraft!
im working on a template for an hd roxas bust and ive been going around askin for help with pepakura. some parts that are supposed to be flat (roxas’s zipper emblem) break apart where they arent supposed to. any pointers?

        1. Although I wanted to make one ever since Kingdom Hearts came out, I wasn’t actually the first to make a papercraft Sora! (other projects kept pushing it back until I finally decided Sora had waited long enough… ;o)

As for your troubles with Roxas, I’m not sure if I really understand what you mean…

But especially on detailed game models like the ones from Kingdom Hearts, sometimes “tricks” are used in the game to create the “illusion” that something looks a certain way for example, but when you look at the 3D model, you can see a lot of “imperfections”.

Pepakura Designer can’t fix these things, you will have to fix them in a 3D modelling program before that.

If the part is broken up into parts that you don’t want, you can create a new part that looks like the old part but that is flat and isn’t broken up.

Changing the parts/shapes of the 3D model often also means you will need to change the textures because otherwise they won’t fit anymore. Because textures are relly just simple graphic images, you can edit them in a program like Photoshop or Gimp.

          Good luck and have fun!

          1. what youre not the first?! ive never seen it anywhere else though
and as for the broken parts, i was trying to find a way around it but i guess there isnt really. thanks ninjatoes!!

    1. What they ^ said. ;o)

I recently started work on the Postman from Majora’s Mask, and right now I don’t have any secret projects going on, so that will be the next model I will release.

    1. I’m afraid I simply don’t have the time right now to make a decent tutorial on the steps to make a paper model, sorry…

As far as Blender goes, there are lots of tutorials that you can find to teach yourself the basics of 3D modelling.

And since you’re making Fierce Deity Link, maybe you can take a look at the one I made earlier, and try to reverse the process to see what kind of things I felt needed changing or fixing.

That way, with practice, you can develop your own ideas on how to make a nice paper model. I also have a weblog with “works in progress” where you can see the steps I take to create a paper model msyelf. I made a number of posts about Fierce Deity Link when I was working on him, but he’s called Oni Link there: link ;o)

Keep on practicing and I’m sure you will make a nice Fierce Deity Link! ;o)

  4. hello i was wondering if you could try to make assassin’s creed papercrafts cause i love making these for friends and family and myself and i would appreciate that a lot

    1. I’m glad to hear you like my work! ;o)

I must admit that I never played Assassin’s Creed though, so right now, it’s not on my to do-list, sorry…

smilie5768 on Deviantart was working on a papercraft Altair model some time ago, I don’t know whether or not he released the templates, though…

And there is a lifesize “Assassin’s Creed Hidden Blade papercraft” model that you might be able to find with Google, and who knows what other things you might find? ;o)

I hope you can find something nice, have fun building!

    1. I do want to make many more Kingdom Hearts models in the future, and I do like lions, so anything’s possible… ;o)

I can’t promise you when I will get around to more KH models yet, though…!

  5. made a model of zelda, I edited with blender, I have it saved and if you can open with Pepakura designer, but you can not save the changes I’ve made, like putting the pieces and their sizes in the leaves, which I do?

    1. I’m not sure if I understand you correctly: do you mean you have a 3D model that you opened and unfolded in Pepakura Designer, but that you can not save your work in Pepakura Designer?

Then it sounds like you are using the shareware version of Pepakura Designer.

Although Pepakura Viewer is free of charge, if you want to be able to save your own papercraft moedls with Pepakura Designer, you will have to buy a registration key to unlock the save function: link

You *can* print your work, though, so you can try out your paper model if you want to! ;o)
