January 4th 2025 I had a big stroke…
I lived, but have to go through a long recovery
to see what I can still do in the future…

Hopefully it will be a lot…! 👍 Always keep having fun papercrafting!

Which papercraft model would you like to build?

What’s papercraft?” you ask?

Well, that’s when (in this case ;o)  you download and print a page of 2D parts (preferably on some thicker paper) cut them out and fold them, and then glue them together to make your very own 3D paper model of your favourite game/anime/movie character/whatever you like!

There are a lot of websites where you can find free templates to download and build, including my own one of course which you’re visiting right now. ;o)

Currently, I have two-hundred-and-thirty-seven (237!) free papercraft models in stock for you! :o) Select one of the Download categories above or in the Site map to the right to find the model you wish to download (if it’s not in one of the obvious categories, try the miscellaneous section).

If you want to contact me, or send me a picture of your finished paper model for the hall of fame, you can send me an e-mail at ninjatoes@home.nl and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Have fun building!

    1. I always like to make the template sheets in Photoshop, because I can take all the final and fixed parts from all the different *.pdo files that I usually make and paste them together into one file again. It also gives me much more possibilities than Pepakura Designer to “pretty up” the template, and allows me to do the final finishing touches on the textures, glueing tabs and other things when needed.

So I only release my models as either jpeg or PDF-ed jpeg, so you’ll have to do the cutting manually I’m afraid…

It can get boring sometimes, so I usually only cut out one part at a time. That way you don’t feel like all you’re doing is cutting (like if you would cut out all the parts first before you actually start glueing them together) but you’re also seeing your model advance with every part you cut out! ;o)

    1. I do wish to create many more Kingdom Hearts models in the future, and although I am planning on making hero clothes Link from Twilight Princess next, I am also quite certain of a new Kingdom Hearts model already. ;o)

  1. I’m doing a bunch of (your) papercraft models for a talent show next month. do you think TP HC Link would be done before then?

    1. I can’t be sure of course, but because I can only work on my papercraft hobby off and on, I usually even take several weeks on simple models like the Moomba I just finished…

And Twilight Princess hero clothes Link will require even more work, so I’m afraid I have to disappoint you, I don’t think I will be able to finish it before next month… I wish you luck on the talent show though and have fun!

  2. hey i was wondering if you will make more advance wars models there so cool ive made like 10 anyways i love youre work.
    thanks ;o

    1. I’ll definately make many more Advance Wars models in the future, I love doing them by hand as side project from time to time. Maybe I’ll even make a new one very soon… ;o)

  3. First off, thank you for such fantastic models! And for the work you do in making the directions!! So far I’ve made Midna and Fierce Deity Link from your collection. I’m currently working on Wolf Link (I’m determined to not let the head beat me down, and I’m on step 30- cross your fingers for me!).

If you or any other Papercraft Gurus are looking for new ideas, I couldn’t help but notice that there is a frightening lack of KOS-MOS from Xenosaga out there, and KOS-MOS Version 4 is rather amazing (http://xenosaga.wikia.com/wiki/KOS-MOS, bottom of page). I’m also shocked at the lack of Disney’s Gargoyle models – a stone Gargoyle papercraft perched on your desk could be rather awesome.

Even if you don’t dig the new ideas, my thanks for your current (impressive) collection is sincere, and anything you do will be AWESOME.

    1. Oh! I suppose I just finished Ganon (with cloak) as well. I was busy looking -around- him to see what Ninjatoes Brand Models™ I’d made, heh.

      1. Ouch, you just kinda “forgot” about Ganon…? I don’t think he’ll take very kindly to that, I’d sleep with one eye open from now on if I were you…

Although I already have lots of models that I want to do some day, I’m always adding more ideas. I can’t promise anything, but I hope to make many more models in the future from all kind of series/games so maybe they’ll be among them! ;o)

(it was very hard for me to type this with my fingers croseed, so I hope you’ll forgive any typos I might have made…)

    1. No, *.rar is compressed file format (like *.zip) and not a “Pepakura/papercraft format”.

You will need a un-rarring tool like the free 7-Zip (link) or the shareware WinRAR (from RARLAB) to de-compress the compressed archive so you can view the files inside (that may be a Pepakura *.pdo file, or not of course ;o)

  4. ninjatoes,I don’t know if you remember, but I’m the same people who asked you about a specialist spray to protect my zelda papercrafts(in january)
I found it, it’s called “acrylic enamel” and it works very well…it’s a simple spray, easy to use.I recommend it to you :)

    1. That totally depends on the model.

It’s no secret that I’m a sucker for the old-style polygonal games, and I think that (with some adjustments to hopefully make the model more fun to build) it looks really nice if the papercraft model also has the same “blocky” look as in the game.

But for Final Fantasy, or Twilight Princess for instance, I feel the papercraft models look better if they have smooth curves instead of sharp edges. But that’s also a matter of personal preference of course.
