January 4th 2025 I had a big stroke…
I lived, but have to go through a long recovery
to see what I can still do in the future…

Hopefully it will be a lot…! 👍 Always keep having fun papercrafting!

Which papercraft model would you like to build?

What’s papercraft?” you ask?

Well, that’s when (in this case ;o)  you download and print a page of 2D parts (preferably on some thicker paper) cut them out and fold them, and then glue them together to make your very own 3D paper model of your favourite game/anime/movie character/whatever you like!

There are a lot of websites where you can find free templates to download and build, including my own one of course which you’re visiting right now. ;o)

Currently, I have two-hundred-and-thirty-seven (237!) free papercraft models in stock for you! :o) Select one of the Download categories above or in the Site map to the right to find the model you wish to download (if it’s not in one of the obvious categories, try the miscellaneous section).

If you want to contact me, or send me a picture of your finished paper model for the hall of fame, you can send me an e-mail at ninjatoes@home.nl and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Have fun building!

  1. Hi there, everyone! I’m here thank you Ninjatoes, for your great papercraft models. And of course, I’d like to make some requests… COuld you make Cheshire Cat from American McGee’s Alice? And the characters from the PC game Desperados 2: Cooper’s Revenge? Specially Kate and Doc. Thanks.

    1. I’ll definately make a Cheshire Cat to accompany my American McGee’s Alice.

I never played Desperados though, so with all the models that are already on my to do-list, I’m not sure if I’ll make any models from that game, sorry…

  2. Hi there! I really love your paper crafts especially the Final Fantasy series. Wil you please, please create some from TEKKEN 6 and TEKKEN 6 BR? Suggested characters would be Asuka Kazama, Devil Jin, Kuma, Hwoarang and Lars Alexanderson. Pls e-mail me if its up, if you don’t mind. Thanks! ^^

      1. Most of the papercrafts the button says download. Is there a way i can print them without downloading them? Oh P.S. if you could make Rosalina from super mario galaxy that would be so cool!

        1. Many of my models are in PDF format: you need to install a PDF reader (like Adobe Reader) and then when you click the link, the PDF file will open in a new browser. Then you can save the file to your computer, or you can also print the file directly from your browser window without having to save it first.

There are also some models are in Jpeg format. To keep all the files together and to save webspace, I compressed them and packed them together into ZIP-files. Those ZIP-files you do need to download first, and to get the Jpeg files that are inside of them, you need to install an un-Zipper software (like 7-Zip).

After you have extracted the files, you should be able to print the files with any ordinary image viewer.

      1. They would still get downloaded to your computer. Every image you see on the net is downloaded to your computer first.

        1. Exactly what I thought. I don’t think there is a way to make something you can print without downloading like this

      1. You could build both at once? Or start with the harder then easier (or the other way around?) I’m just wanting TP HC Link.

        1. Although sometimes I like to switch a bit between models if one gets too boring, I’m still not sure when I will start a complex model like TP Link or KH Sora/Sephiroth again…

  3. i see ur about to complete homer so i am just praying that make sora

if u do then can u make all the keyblades (interchangeable, mainly i wish the fenrir keyblade) and make him in valor form cause it looks attractive

    well its upto ur wish

    1. and ya or kh sephiroth
but basically i wish something from kingdom hearts cause u have made many zelda models so plz

  4. hi, i was just wondering if you could post the .PDO’s of your models,
pdf quality is sucky, and it makes everything easier.
and also, i found some n64 zelda models, so you dont have to.
    Sheik,
    Saria,
    the moon,
    adult link,
    goron, deku, and zora link,
there are heaps of them out there, i just wanted to let you know, so you dont have to do them.
Also, for n64 models like link, it would be better if tabs came down from the nose instead of up into it.

    1. No, sorry: because of all the things I change after the test build, there is not one PDO-file that has the complete model, and it would become too confusing to figure out which parts/PDO-files are the correct ones: the PDF-files are the only version where all the correct parts are collected together on one sheet.

And I kinda like prettying up the PDFs… ;o) I hope you can figure out how to assemble the models by using the step-by-step instructions as reference, they show you how to fold each part and how they should be glued together. If you’re having trouble, try pre-shaping the parts first and see if they fit without glue first, so you can try a different way if it doesn’t without having to print a different part.

(Videogame) papercraft has become really popular the last one or two years or so, but for me, it’s not a matter of *having to* make one, but *wanting* to make one! ;o)

I usually make the nose to be glued *on top* of the face, so that’s why the glueing tabs are on the face and not on the nose. If you would put the glueing tabs on the nose instead of one the face, it would be more like pushing the nose through a hole in the head.

But that really is just a personal preference, and if you really dislike the nose being *on top* of the face, it is easy enough to cut off the glueing tabs on the face, and make new ones on the nose – just make sure to do so *before* cutting out the parts of course…! ;o)

      Have fun building!

  5. I’m trying to design a Marth papercraft based on his appearance in SSBM, but the problem is he’s far too complex. How do you simplify 3d models without mutilating them?

    1. Haha, to be honest, I’m not sure if I don’t mutilate them…! ;o)

It almost sounds like you’re a bit *too* afraid to “mutilate” it…? This is just a personal preference of mine, but: on simpler models, I also sometimes try to keep them as close to the game model as I can, because you can actually see the pointy and angular polygons in the game!

But on more complex models, I feel keeping all the detail and making it really close to the original will take a lot of the fun out of building the model because it will be so difficult…

It is a choice you will have to make: do I want to keep all the detail, or do I simplify all of it. And it’s not “black or white” either: if you look at some of my latest models, you can see I almost completely got rid of all the 3D detail in the face and let the texturing take over, but I do like to keep the fingers as seperate fingers.

For me right now, it feels like a really good balance between looks and building fun, but who’s to say you need to do the same thing? ;o)

I’m not sure if this helps you a lot or not at all, but all I can say is: don’t be afraid to “mutilate” the game model, that one was never meant to look good in paper! ;o)

    2. Your making a marth papercraft! Thank you, their are no other Marths online. Do you have a website or were will you post it? try to make it like Haywan Chius Lyn, and that would be awesome. Lyn was only about 110 peices.

      1. I don’t have my own website, but I will probably send it to drummyralf to put on nintendo papercraft

  6. After Homer(or Link or Sora) could you make another Princess Zelda? There’s only about 3 on the entire internet. …Or an Ocarina of Time Zora Armor Link.

    1. You mean an OoT Zora tunic? I don’t know if I’ll make a new OoT adult Link, maybe I will, with a bit more detail than the one riding Epona, because I tried to make that one really simple… ;o)

Another Zelda is definately on my to do-list, in Twilight Princess style to match ZaL (and Hero Clothes Link ;o)
